Buka registry komputermu,
Start > Run > Regedit

Pergi ke
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Udah ketemu? Kemudian cari key ini :
>LegalNoticeCaption(reg_sz)>LegalNoticeText(reg_sz),

klik LegalNoticeCaption, ganti kata apa aja pada value data. String ini untuk judul pesan.

klik LegalNoticeText, ganti value datanya untuk isi pesan tadi.

Restart PC mu.

Mudah kan. Kalau mau ngilangin pesannya, hapus aja value datanya, atau hapus sekalian key-nya. Kemudian reboot.

bikin background buat toolbar kamu

gw ada programnya, namanya Toolbar Explorer.
gampang koq caranya....

1.Download

2.Ekstrak pakai winrar..

3.Pilih ExplorerBack.exe

terus pilih lokasi gambar yang pengen dijadiin background. setelah itu klik open

note : sesuaikan panjang gambar sesuai resolusi layar windows kamu, contoh : 1024x768, maka panjangnya 1024pixel. kalau 800x600 maka panjangnya 800pixel. namun lebar gambar harus 87 pixel !

4. klik tombol "Ubah Background Toolbar Explorer"

5. Coba buka explorer kamu.. jadi dehhh..

note : background bakalan terlihat jelas kalau explorer di set full screen..

upgrade kualitas mouse

pasti dah tau kan kalau mouse - mouse mahal buatan logitech, genius, razor punya kemampuan merubah 'mouse rate' secara otomatis, jadinya mouse mereka bisa dipakai sesuai kebutuhan. rate tinggi bwt nge-game, rate rendah bwt office... nah gimana kalo yang kita punya cuma mouse usb yang harganya 20-25ribuan?? mana mungkin punya fitur kayak gituan, bwt bertahan hidup aja susah.. naah, kemaren - kemaren gw nemu program bwt ngerubah 'mouse rate' sesuai kebutuhan.. jadi mouse 20ribuan kita bisa punya fitur sama kayak mouse berharga 300ribuan (mahal amirr!!)..

nama programnya USB Mouse Rate Switcher. sesuai namanya, ni progie bisa dipake bwt ngerubah mouse rate sesuai kebutuhan, tapi cuma USB doank! yang pake serial, ke laut aja!!

coba aja pake, gampang koq.. sekali lihat pasti langsung bisa.. makanya g di review disini..
